I am 23 years old. I live in Maryland in the US of A.

Sometimes I write music. I exist primarily under the alias "Imaginary Chains" and recently as "DJ Flip" on spirtplants radio (http://spfradio.yage.net).

I am in the last semester of finishing my associate of arts degree in music at a small college no one has ever heard of.

Sometimes I feel inspired to write music. The music is like a photograph of what was going on in my head when I wrote it. I do not feel connected to the music I have written otherwise.

The past two days I worked on my 7th "prelude". You can hear it at my myspace music page http://www.myspace.com/whatseasytoremember if you feel motivated to for god knows what reason.

I probably should work on it some more instead of talking about working on it some more. Often I have an idea when Im writing a song, and when I finally finish it, I listen to it and think "it would sound better if I did /this/ instead, defeating the original purpose of the piece. But thats just part of the process I suppose.

I consider myself very amateur though I do like the direction I am heading in. I have been developing my style about 3 years after many years of working through the basics.

I would like to recommend a newsletter I read, zenhabits.net
Regardless of your spiritual path, I have found the emails I have gotten from this man to be very encouraging and practical.Summerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17671098709114324393noreply@blogger.com0
